Fix and Flip Loan FAQs

What is a fix and flip loan?

A fix and flip loan is a short-term, asset-based loan used to buy and renovate an investment property for resale. Unlike a conventional mortgage, it's designed around the property's value and your rehab plan, and it can close far faster than a bank loan.

Does the loan cover renovation costs?

Yes. We can finance up to 90% of purchase costs and up to 100% of your rehab budget. Rehab funds are released through a draw schedule as work is completed.

How fast can you fund?

Most loans close within 5-10 business days, and qualified projects can fund in as little as 3. Having your purchase contract, rehab budget and entity documents ready is the best way to speed things up.

Do I need experience to qualify?

Experience helps, but it isn't the only factor. We look at the deal, the property and your plan. First-time investors with a solid project and a realistic budget are encouraged to apply.
