For 30 years, John has been building specialty lending, equity investment, and operating platforms from the ground up for large institutions and private investors.  He has leveraged this experience in collaborating with the Foundation team to build a technology-centric private mortgage lender with an integrated online marketplace and transaction workflows to help clients source and fund residential investment properties.
